Outside the window: new work

New work just developed from our time back east in Turner's Falls, MA.

Santa Fe

 Partway to Santa Fe we stopped over in a Motel 6. We basically drove in a blizzard, and it was a bit nerve wracking. The following day we drove on into Santa Fe and there were several wrecked and stranded cars on the median, including one precariously balanced on it's side in the snow. Yeesh. We could've picked a better time to move, but we got there.

Thinking about where we move to next.

So. . . our friend Alys, suggested that we take a few photos of ourselves instead of always shooting landscapes and macros and such. Since I'm pretty fond of natural light, we went ahead and shot in open shade as the sun was starting to go down.

Waiting

This is one of very few shots I've taken since returning to Arizona. Still getting our bearings here and preparing for our next step. Currently we're strongly considering moving to Flagstaff. It's one of the closest reasonable places to relocate to, and we liked it there last time we visited.
